Lunar Wood Centerpiece

Centerpiece entirely made of solid wood (Cedro Rosa).

The conception of the piece was achieved through the subtraction of spherical volumes from a block of wood, creating a series of hollows that provide storage for fruits and other objects.

Developed parametrically in digital software, its design was transferred to a CNC router machine that sculpted the piece, with the final finishing done manually.

Materials

Solid Cedro Rosa wood with Mineral Oil finish. Cut using CNC router, sanded, and finished manually.
