This collection of volcanic rock pieces, designed by Salvador and Enzo Compañ, is hand-sculpted by the talented artisan Carlos Flores in the town of San Salvador El Seco, Puebla, Mexico. Using only a hammer, chisel, and grinder, Don Carlos shapes each Artefact entirely by hand.
Although the designs may appear to be composed of multiple assembled components, every piece is actually carved from a single volcanic rock.
