The artist’s exuberant aesthetic emerges from hybridized concepts drawn from diverse beliefs and cultural sources. In her clay manipulation process, Juliana appropriates rigid forms covered in a symphony of colors, resulting in pieces that convey a narrative questioning the contemporary human experience within a world that is both naturally unpredictable and increasingly mechanized and dissonant.
